- What is a CCJ?
This is where a company to whom you owe money takes your

County Court to get the court to order you to pay back

- What effect will a CCJ have on me?
If you pay the judgement in full within 30 days it will not be

on your credit file. If you are unable to pay in full

time, details of the judgement will be held on your
credit file for

- What happens when I pay off the CCJ?
Once the debt has been paid in full you can apply to the
court for
a document known as a Certificate of Satisfaction.
